Mr Blues Weekend Tips

Apologies everyone that my tips have come out a lot later than Mr Red & even Mr Greens, but I thought I’d wait for a chance when I was not rushing around and seeing as im not hungover for once, I have a very clear head, so I should be right on the ball today lol. Hopefully I can build on Mr Reds 3/1 & 9/1 winners from last night and win some money to hopefully pay off all those Christmas presents next month. Onto today’s tips.

Single: 13/10

Now I know Liverpool have a fair few players playing in South America, during the week for their countries, but they seem like a massive price. Southampton are no mugs and defend very well, but got torn apart by Chelsea and I can only see Liverpool’s high pressing, speedy attacking game doing the same.

Double: 2.33/1

Plymouth and Carlisle

Two sides bidding for promotion, sitting first & second at present. Carlisle will be looking to get back to winning ways after their long unbeaten run in the league was ended by struggling Newport last week. They host another struggling side today in Exeter, but I can’t see them stopping the likes of Iberhe and Kennedy today.

As for Plymouth, they’re unbeaten in 10 and have won their last three. They host Grimsby today, who can cause an upset, especially with the likes of Bogle up top, but they don’t score many on their travels.

Treble: 4.24/1

Sheff Utd, Stoke and Doncaster

Stoke have shot up the league in recent weeks and started playing to the quality of the squad at Mark Hughes disposal. Bournemouth are no mugs, but if they make this an attacking game, Stokes flair players may make them pay.

Like Plymouth and Carlisle, Doncaster are fighting for promotion, sitting in third. They’re unbeaten at home this season and I cant see that changing today from the League 2 regulars Hartlepool. Though Jeff Stelings men always like to upset the apple cart, Doncaster need to put points on the board to see a return to league 1, next year.

Sheff Utd, are finally seeming to get things right in League 1, after the appointment of Northampton boss Chris Wilder in the summer and face a Shrewsbury side who’ve only managed a win once on their travels this season. If Billy Sharp can continue is fine run of form, I can see a rout in todays 3pm game.

Fourfold: 12.02/1

Liverpool, Scunthorpe, Carlisle and Plymouth

Try all seven sides for a 63.78/1 sevenfold. Good luck everyone.
