Mr Blues Weekend Tips

Header_SONTT_FootballTips_2

So after my complete rookie mistake midweek, plus the added heartbreak of seeing my beloved Spurs crash out of the Champions League, I have finally risen from my slumber (Hiding under the duvet) to, hopefully redeem myself and provide some winning tips. Mr Red yet again set the standard, with an 11/1 winner on Tuesday, to add to his recent bag of winnings. Onto the weekends bets.

Single: 3 /4

Sevilla

The current Europa League champions are flying high at present and host a Valencia side, who look in a lot of trouble. Sevilla may have had a testing time midweek, against Juventus in the UCL, but their La Liga form should see another home win.

Double: 2.44/1

Wycombe and Carlisle

A tough game looking at the form, Wycombe host Hartlepool this weekend, with their sights on the play offs. They’ve been strong at home this season and though they recently slipped up against Barnet, they have won three on the bounce in the league.

Another close game here, but Carlisle who have only lost once this season, will want to turn their recent blip around, with another home win. Unbeaten in all comps at home this season, winning their last seven, puts the side in a good position to further their claim for automatic promotion this year.

Fivefold: 10.58/1

Wycombe, Carlisle, Sevilla, Newcastle and Lincoln

I don’t think theres much to say about Newcastle here, other than the price says it all. 1/3 on most betting sites, the league leaders are looking ruthless at present. Dwight Gayle is firing in the goals, something which is complimented by quality players supplying quality service. Players like Matt Ritchie are certainly playing a level beneath themselves and it won’t be long till they secure a return to the Premier League.

Another side flying high, just three tiers lower is Lincoln, who currently sit second in the Conference. Having not lost since September, they host a Maidstone side who are without a win in three league games.

Fourfold: 14.31/1

Brighton, Forest Green, Scunthorpe and Bradford

Longshot: 67.25/1

Brighton to win and both teams to score, Sevilla half time/full time, Wycombe to win to nil and Forest Green to score 2 goals.

Good luck everyone.
